We recommend trying to dislodge the tablet yourself. If the method below does not dislodge the tablet, the next step is to use a toilet auger (snake).
Pour a pan of boiling water at least 4 quarts into the bowl. Let sit 5 minutes and then pour in another pan of boiling water and let sit for 15 minutes then flush. (Do not flush between pans of boiling water because this will cause it to solidify again).
